This WNBA Season Has Final Bosses & NPCs
THE PLAYOFF BUBBLE IS A WAR ZONE

Dallas, Golden State, Chicago, and Washington all live in that stressful middle tier where nobody feels safe and everybody feels capable.
The only problem is only two of these four teams will be playing for a title, while the other two will look back and think what else do they need to do.
“I feel like two of these teams are going to get into the playoffs.”
Washington feels like a bounce-back candidate because they just have so much young talent. Ironcially enough, that young talent might be the reason they miss it again, just because they don’t have enough experience. Golden State looks solid because of cohesion and continuity. They bring back structure, depth, and a group that already understands how to play together.
Chicago has talent, but talent doesn’t always translate into wins without consistency. Dallas might be the biggest wildcard because they can flip a game on its head in a hurry.
“I’m putting my money on Paige. I’m putting my money on Arike. F**K it. I think Dallas will get in.”
That’s not even logic, that’s just trusting star power. Paige Bueckers changes everything. If she takes a leap and plays like an MVP-level guard, Dallas doesn’t just compete, they steal a playoff spot.
