Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Sparks bring back a different type of threat. If Kelsey Plum steps into a bigger role, she’s going to become an MVP candidate and potentially a person who can drag Los Angeles to a title.

Phoenix might be the simplest case because Alyssa Thomas guarantees relevance.
